Full payment is required at the time of service for each visit. Additionally, it is our policy to keep a credit card on file for your convenience and to ensure seamless processing of any charges related to your care.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Patients will incur the full visit fee for any appointments (in-office or telephone) canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Naturalite Medicine does not process insurance claims directly.

Health Savings Accounts may be utilized to cover visit fees not reimbursed by insurance. Payments must be made at the time of the visit.

We encourage patients to contact us via email for general inquiries, concerns, or to place supplement orders. Please note that complex questions requiring a review of your medical chart or an in-depth response will require a follow-up appointment, which our medical assistant can help schedule.
